One of the jewels of traditional Asturian cuisine and one of the most popular dishes of Spanish cuisine. Made exclusively with Asturian Faba from La Granja with Protected Geographical Indication, and respecting in all cases the tradition that precedes it.

La Granja beans PGI (47%), stock, chorizo (lean pork, pork jowl, paprika, salt, garlic)(8%), black pudding (pork fat, onion, lard, blood, paprika, spices)(8%), Iberian pork fat (8%), olive oil, paprika, sea salt and saffron.
